Citation Generators (Makers)

Always be sure to double-check the results of citation makers, generators, and managers. These systems are only as good as the information provided. Any typos or capitalization errors will carry through to the generated citation or reference. (Many people refer to them as "garbage in, garbage out" systems for this reason.)

If you have any questions about your citations or reference, please ask us either in the library or at the Writing Center. We're happy to help!

Note: The catalog and most databases have built-in citation makers. Check information from any citation maker against the manual for accuracy.
