Instead of typing a phrase (marijuana use in young adults), use AND to make your results list more precise (e.g.marijuana AND use AND young adults). Remember you are matching words in the title or abstract, not concepts.
Use OR in your search to add more to your results list. (e.g. unemployed OR underemployed)
To manage the Results List from your search, use the Limit options for that database.
